How much does a project cost?
Every project is priced after a short audit, because a booking bot and a multi-branch AI analyst are very different jobs. You get a fixed price before we start, with no surprise extras. We can also start with a small paid pilot that counts towards the full project.
Which messaging apps do you work with?
WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. We build for whichever apps your clients already use, often several at once from one system.
Do the bots speak Thai and Chinese?
Yes. Bots and AI agents work in English, Thai, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, and switch to the client’s language automatically.
Is our data safe?
We use AI providers under business terms, where your data is not used to train models. Access is restricted by role, and where required we can host on your own servers. We follow Hong Kong’s PDPO and Thailand’s PDPA.
What systems can you connect to?
CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce, ERPs and accounting such as Odoo, Xero and SAP Business One, POS systems, Shopee, Lazada, HKTVmall and Shopify, plus payments with PromptPay, FPS, Stripe and Omise. If a system has an API or exports data, we can usually connect it.
Do we need an IT team to run it?
No. We host, monitor and update everything. Your team uses it through the chat apps and dashboards they already know.
Can you work with us if we are outside Hong Kong and Thailand?
Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide, and schedule calls across time zones.
